Join our comprehensive Taekwondo program, designed for all skill levels! We meet three times a week, with an option for beginners to start with just two days a week. On the first day, students focus on mastering basic movements, stances, blocks, and kicks to build a solid foundation. The second day emphasizes the competitive aspects of the sport, featuring kicking drills, footwork, and training, including Plyometrics. Finally, the third day is dedicated to sparring, allowing students to apply the techniques learned earlier in a practical setting.

Master Jorge Galvan is an excellent teacher of martial arts, discipline, and respect. My daughter and son have been going to USOTI(where he previously taught with his father) since they were 4 and 5 years old and are now 10 and 11. One is a 1st degree black belt and the other is a 2nd degree black belt. Being apart of this institution has taught them about integrity and showing respect to others, as well as themselves. He has shown them that not everything in life is given to them, but is earned through hard work and discipline. They have learned the meaning of humility through loss and victory, and that the way you conduct yourself before and after a match is even more important than how you fight during the match. This institute is not just about teaching your kids self-defense, it's about teaching kids how to be better people in this world. You feel like part of a family here and the people are amazing. You will not find a better school of Tae Kwon Do in the [Area]!
