Class Schedule

Join our comprehensive Taekwondo program, designed for all skill levels! We meet three times a week, with an option for beginners to start with just two days a week. On the first day, students focus on mastering basic movements, stances, blocks, and kicks to build a solid foundation. The second day emphasizes the competitive aspects of the sport, featuring kicking drills, footwork, and training, including Plyometrics. Finally, the third day is dedicated to sparring, allowing students to apply the techniques learned earlier in a practical setting.
